Under the leadership of veterans and successful practitioner of 30 years of various industries, the Blackbox BI Consultancy Team has rapidly grown since its establishment in 2014.

While actively being a hands-on developer over the years, Wong has also been on some key management roles in both retail and distributions business, overseeing various functional departments include Supply Chain, Warehousing, After Sales Service, and Human-Resource. His main responsible was to design, assess, and enhance workflow within specific operations. With his vast experience, Wong is able to bridge data technologies into operation and management needs.
Catherine Wong
Senior Business Intelligence Engineer
Catherine is a Senior BI Engineer at Blackbox Insights. Catherine has over 10 years’ experience in CE retail chain on MSTR Development, business analysis and Internal Sharepoint portal management. She has presented numerous workshops, seminars, and training classes since 2015 to organization’s Application users.
