Account Executive

Objective

You’ll be working closely with accounts executive and data warehouse developers to build business intelligence analytics reports, visualization an dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Develop BI analytics reports, visualization solutions and dashboards using MicroStrategy and other Business Intelligence Enhancement Tools as part of Solution Architecture Team

  • Gather business requirements from customers and communicate said requirements to the implementation team if needed

  • Constantly further and update knowledge and understanding of the retail domain

  • Required to understand the scope, depth and complexity of the existing BI product and to be able to communicate the same to the clients

  • Develop highly scalable & useful analytical model using analytical reports and dashboards

  • Develop and improve standard reports and dashboards that can be rapidly release to new clients

  • Validate and perform quality checking and assurance on the data from the models

Desired skills and experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher, in Computer Science/Information Technology or in related field.

  • MUST have experience with Microsoft SQL or the other relational database such as Oracle, MySQL, Firebird and etc.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as part of a software development/deployment team for business

  • Exposure to retail domain, understanding overall Retail operations, as well as specifics of data captured at various touch points in retail operations

  • Experience with BI Applications is ideal

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
