Blackbox Symposium: Unprecedented Customer Experience

On 31 July 2015, BlackBox BI Consultancy has officially launched BlackBox BI. The platform is a partnership between MicroStrategy and BlackBox BI Consultancy, a leading company which is behind the robust Business Intelligence system.
The event was titled Unprecedented Customer Experience, which BlackBox has been working tirelessly to introduce the MicroStrategy platform and the potential values it can bring to the local retail ecosystem. Several hundred top managements from big and small retailers were invited to the event, including the leading electrical appliances retailer Senheng, which has been using the platform for years.
